I think this is probably a bad thing?

Well, he's got the chance to display his attitude problem in front a new set of peers... can only be a good thing.

The thing that gives me pause is the claim that people "don't understand what child protection work involves". I think I read that last in the Laming report...

Do you think anyone will hire him?

I couldn't believe it when I heard this. I don't quite understand how they can reinstate someone who made such a knee jerk damaging and wrong assertion about someone. It hasn't really been explained.

I was really annoyed about this as it seems to me it;s the medical profession protecting their own.

Will now read link and see if my prejudice is confirmed.

But the GMC didn't want the ban overturned as I understand it. Southall took the case to the Court of Appeal which ruled that the ban was unjust. I didn't really understand the ruling or why they came to that conclusion.
