chances are if you dont and you dont arrive to collect car you will be charged as it is classed as a no show .

I had a flight cancelled this morning in Germany. Irritatingly, nobody could give us clear information on the airport hotline so we had to go along there early in the morning, only to find that it had been cancelled by the time we arrived. We're getting the total costs for the flights refunded, and we haven't rented a car, but I had prepaid the hotel for two nights at a special non-refundable rate and that money has gone for a swannee (just checked).
