Soooo, we have no money to care for the elderly but we will be helping this eyesore with a paltry £3.1million.

Personally think it looks ugly! What a waste of money.

I think it's vile but even if it were beautiful I'd be a bit . I know £3.1m isn't much in the grand scheme of things but it would help an awful lot of people in need in East London. Can you imagine what it's going to look like in 10 years time?!
