the main thing that annoys me about that article is that they are allowed to publish quotes from the forum.

i know that forum is not a private place, however often people post things here thinking there is very little chance that the person they are talking about will read it.

whereas things published in newspapers tend to be discussed on national talkshows, around the office watercooler etc.. and that may not be the platform in which the poster had wished to share their comments.

it will certainly make me think twice when posting.
