He sounds upbeat to the point of delusional. He said there are 30,000 new teachers and 90,000 new teaching assistants under labour. Does anyone else think that these jobs will be cut? Does anyone have any idea of which services will be cut? Local buses?

Devon is making teachers redundant as they can't afford them.

"all to be revealed in the budget after the election"

When Ed Balls is chancellor I presume. The man who wants to half the threshold for the 50p rate of tax taking a lot more professional people, doctors, dentists, headteachers etc into the band and giving them yet another reason to emmigrate, once they are gone that just leaves the lower paid to foot the bill for the deficite.

Oh happy day.

I have just listened on the ?Woman?s Hour? podcast. The man sounds delusional to me too. Especially when he denied that the Defence Chiefs contradicted him about the provision of military equipment.
