a very sad day. Rose died of cancer day before yesterday after a long battle. she was an inspirational lady - a real star and will be truly missed. the River Cafe closed to customers yesterday and all the staff met together there and cooked and shared food and memories together in her honour. she was a founder member of the charity cooking in schools.
