I just can't imagine the desperation she must have felt. Were they let down by the establishment?

when is it always the mother's fault? More fathers kill their children. Don't think you can say too much about motivations when this is under investigation.

I don't feel any sympathy for her at all. Do you have any idea the agony someone goes through dying in that way?
