I think he was only remotely close to the bright heights of Fame about 12 years ago- and only then because he would make juvenile telephone calls to businesses etc making unrealistic requests and then broadcasting the bewildered and bemused replies from the poor sole at the end of the phone.

DP actually had a CD of such shite. Unsurprisingly he 'lost' it not long after I first saw he had such crap in his possessions.

He's a DJ and someone called in saying there was a traffic jam because a woman was threatening to jump off a bridge and the police etc were there trying to talk her down.

Anyway the person who called in requested Jump by Van Halen and he thought it would be funny to play it.

She sunbsequently jumped off the bridge but luckily was only injured.

He's in this article saying whether the woman heard it on the radio of a nearby car or not, he doesn't regret playing the song.

That idiot has been DJ and the person who called in have clearly been lucky enough never to have been affected by a loved one who has committed suicide or who has mental health issues otherwise they wouldn't have found it so funny.
