disturbingly it seems someone is trying to push the idea that his wife was drunk while he was not. Presumably some kind of defence of his abusive behaviour!

He has several arrests and convictions for similar charges, drink driving, drug possession/being under the influence of a controlled substance, etc. throughout his adulthood.
