Amazed more weren't hurt/more seriously hurt
from the local paper, sounds like the situation was handled very well from the emergency services/onlookers
It amazes me how this sort of mistake can happen....The bus was quite obviously far too tall for that bridge. I am speculating that the driver had been previously driving a single decker. Or had been puttin ghis trust in a Sat Nav system. Either way it is sad and it certianly isn't the first time I have seen double deckers in a similar situation.
