Interesting, my guess these days is that lots of teenage boys have webcams and their own computers and it wouldn't take much to get them to be duped by someone posing as a teenage girl (all women on the internet are actually men pretending ) to send off pictures of their penises or whatever.
Should be part of sex education I guess 'women do not want to see photos of your cock, if a woman asks you for a photo of your cock, it is a man pretending to be a woman'.
