I am a relatively new MNer and struggle to understand some of the vitrol on here. Why are Greggs and their sausage rolls so loathed?

Greggs sausage roll ( and fruit shoot) is MN shorthand for bad parent. It's tongue in cheek though.. I hope.

DD used to love the sausage rolls when she was little, and I used to let her have them in her buggy, purely to see the look on other Mums faces

Last week I had a cheese and onion pasty and a chocolate cream doughnut. Lovely they were too.

Oh now I never gave her Froot Shoots, that would have been going Too Far

my DD loves a greggs sausage roll washed down with a fruitshoot, some Mners really need to get over themselves.

fruit shoots actually taste of syrup they are awful

thats ok madmissy I think they taste vile too, probably why DC love them! (just to add they don't have them all the time of course )

my girls dont like them but prob my fault as we dont have juice in the house we only drink water or milk. i'm a mean mummy
