What on earth is going on in his head?? An awful news report, I don't think 18 months is long enough as that is probably 9 with good behaviour.

What a loon. That poor girl. I 'm not sure a longer prison sentence would be beneficial though, maybe a stint on the child protection register and not being allowed to see her except under supervision.
