I hope there is nothing untoward in this story

Just listening to radio 4 and apparently 3 children aged 1 or 2 have fractures
It's very worrying

Fingers crossed that it is just a horrible coincidence.

I feel very sorry for all the families involved.

My daughter has attended this nursery for 2.5 years and loves it. The staff are lovely, and dd has always been very happy there. I've done plenty of soul-seaching the past few days and simply can't think of a single time I doubted that dd was happy and settled there.

Am a bit and at the media coverage surrounding these allegations. As yet nobody has been charged with any offence and it is certainly far from clear that any injuries were actually sustained at the nursery.

I simply cannot believe that the nursery staff, many of whom clearly adore dd and the other children, could be guilty of intentionally harming a child. Media jumping to conclusions and implying all sorts before evidence is there has probably cost all the staff their jobs - I can't see the nursery recovering from this. And dd (and all the other children) have lost their friendships and keyworkers
