Arlene Phillips to be dance tsar?!

Just heard on bbc news that she has been hired by the government to be a "Dance Tsar"!

Do we really need such a thing?

I have my suspicions that this is a scheme that has been concocted between the Government and the BBC in case she tries to sue them for age discrimination after being unceremoniously booted off Strictly.

Don't they have more important things to spend the money on? Just seems so gimmicky to me.

Why would the government worry if she sued the BBC? Harriet Harman has already voiced her disgust at Arlene being booted off.
