One guy posted and it was so sad. He really should leave as he is in fact damaging the kids already.

Suprisingly thoughtful article for the DM. I too am in the 'use it or lose it' camp. I feel sorry for the poor bloke who left it to his wife to initiate sex and the last time it happened was 8 years ago.
