I'm really pleased about this result, it's been going on for months in the local press and I was sure they would (unjustly) find in favour of the council.

there was an article in the garudian quite recenlty.

the result is good

I am glad they are on the road to getting the justice they deserve, but its still going to be a long journey. They now have to prove that the negligence caused thier defects, and it could take years before they see any compensation.

Its taken years for them to get it to the high court. Glad they've finally got the result that was needed./ Its in the local press again today
