Yes I saw that earlier - seems odd he'd want to marry someone who 'raped' him - unless of course in american they term underage sex as rape?????

Was the 'child rape' definition because she was having sex with him while he was under age?

I thought that underage sex in the UK is also considered rape as a child below 16 cannot give consent?

Aren't there lesser degress in underage sex cases? Sex with an underage adolescent is obviously different to sex with a small child. A 13 year old can obviously look 16.
