and the thing is because the doctor diagnosed her with SF, she then couldn't go to the hospital as she had the SF label... how terrifying for her and her family

Absolutely horrendous. The country has gone swine flu mad, and not in a good way.

I hope she makes a full recovery and lessons are learned from this awful error!
