Why in quotes kerry? Because you want to make it into something it isn't?

No, actually, I don't think it's perfectly ok for a man to sleep with children in these circumstances. The point we're all making is that it doesn't make it criminal. You seem to be failing to grasp that point. God help anyone in the dock if you ever do jury service kerry because you clearly have no grasp of facts.

GypsyMoth · 26/06/2009 00:01

I think that his death is either drugs or steroids related, or suicide. He hadn't got documented heart problems. Strange he just suddenly 'went'

SolidGoldBrass · 26/06/2009 00:01

A very messed up individual by the sound of it, and not that surprising he has died comparatively young after all that surgery. WRT the noncery: if he ever did anything specifically sexual with those boys it would probably have been the least harmful kind of abuse (ie not frigntening or painful, however inappropriate).

Gary Glitter on the other hand... isn;t he dead yet?

He was reportedly severely anorexic for a good number of years. Doesn't surprise me tbh

FAQinglovely · 26/06/2009 00:02

Kery - I would if I could remember your initials

violethill · 26/06/2009 00:03

No dittany, no one has said that, but no surprise that you are rewriting the threads as usual. People are pointing out that he has not been convicted of child sex offences.

NeedaNewName · 26/06/2009 00:03

Niw before I start I would like to say I'm not exactluy a fan of Michael Jackson, however I do feel that he had a fucked up childhood and that he never grew up and still thought of himself as a boy - rightly or wrongly.

If he did abuse those children (and who really knows for sure - we weren't there) would he have happily admnitted to having sleep overs and having young boys sleep in his bed?

No one knows for sure and I think its sad that this has started already but inevitable. He shouldn't have settled out of court the first time it happended but who knows maybe he thought it would all go away, or maybe he was guilty and yes should rot in hell, but lets just remember that his parents have lost their son, his children their father - very sad

Technofairy · 26/06/2009 00:05

My Dad didn't have documented heart problems either but he suddenly 'went' as well aged 54 after a massive heart attack. It happens.

And he was being treated for a different non life threatening condition by the hospital at the time.

Doyouthinktheysaurus · 26/06/2009 00:05

Blimey, he was only 50.

He did make some good music in his prime but as for recent years

NeedaNewName · 26/06/2009 00:05

I'm sure I'd read that he had heart problems and thats why they were concerned whether he;d be able to do all shows

violethill · 26/06/2009 00:05

The parents in question were very happy to let their children sleep in his bed needanewname. Probably saw the potential for screwing him over and laughed all the way to the bank.

NeedaNewName · 26/06/2009 00:07

thats what I think violet - which is why he shouldn;t have settled in the first place - made himself an easy target

right off to bed now - DH woke me up with this news, bit of a shocker, now need to go back to sleep, night all!

violethill · 26/06/2009 00:08

Absolutely. A sad, lonely, weird man. But not a criminal.

GypsyMoth · 26/06/2009 00:09

Oh yes . Am sure it happens. Just something doesn't sit right here. He was in a deep coma when he arrived at hospital.........is that what happens after a heart attack? Is it usual?

Maninadirndl · 26/06/2009 00:09

Nope he's gone.

he was an amazing guy.

He wasn't a nonce.

He inspired kids all over the 3rd world. How often would one hear "Michael Jackson" when one travelled there?

I hope we don't have a "Diana Moment".

simpson · 26/06/2009 00:10

I think he had painkiller addictions after all his surgeries which probably contributed to his early death

LyraSilvertongue · 26/06/2009 00:10

Wow, Jacko dead!

FAQinglovely · 26/06/2009 00:11

found you I think - and added you - not sure how you got chucked off......
