£2.6 Billion a year for doing nothing, really???

Don't know, but I do know if they can't make money from people who take what's not theirs, then "good" customers will have to pay. This will be the end of free if in credit banking. Branches, clearing, atms, call centres etc dont run themselves.

And anyway, haven't we moved onto MP knocking now?
