Really interesting and moving article from an American woman who had a late term abortion due to severe defects with baby.

having been through something very similar to that lady at 20 weeks pg, i have often thanked my lucky stars that I am in the UK and not the USA - we went into hospital intotal privacy, with none of the outside world knowing our business. At the time I went on lots of sites for women who have terminated for medical reasons, and the added horror of the abuse and disgust some poor women have had to endure is horrendous

My Mum had to have one also- a bit earlier, must have been a rotten time as she had lost her previosu 4 babies at mid term.
