wow. I'm guessing this was a very fast labour? As in, the mother didn't actually expect her baby to be delivered by her granny?

I can't find anything. It was on Radio 4 at 4pm.

I don't think it was planned that she would deliver the baby. I think they said the grand daughter suddenly went in to labour.

I think she said she washed her hands and got on with it.
