English babies to get new growth charts from May

According to this BBC story all babies in England will be switching over to breastfed charts in the red book, with Scotland, Wales and NI to follow.

It means that more babies will be classed as overweight though.

My Dd's book weight chart from Dec 06 says 'Breast from birth'. Ds's book from Aug 98 says 'Boys weight birth to 1 year'.

oo interesting - maybe you were in some pilot study area?

Both my babies (06 and 09) were on the old charts.
