...are some ecstasy tablets - allegedly

"What made me feel the most distraught was the fact we let our 12-year-old son play the game. Worse case scenario is he could have swallowed those pills."

GTA is a very violent 18 cert game but hey, that's OK, as long as he doesn't take any drugs

So there are stories of people being refused buying dvds when they have their dcs with them and then this idiot buys a v. violent highly innappropiate 'game' cert 18 for his 12 yr old.
He should be prosecuted.

stupid stupid father buying GTA for a child. How on earth could the pills get in there?!

IIRC GTA is pretty drug orientated .

Stupid parents, DS1 went to buy a 12 game the other day and the bloke would not sell it to him till I went in to the shop with him (DS1 is almost 13 btw) a few weeks later we went in to buy a game for DH that was an 18 and the same chap said "you do know this is an 18 and I know your son is 12" I said yes but his dad is 42 and it is for him, but I was really pleased the bloke was doing his job, I often see adults buy games rated 18 then turn round and give then to their kids, then we wonder why the world is falling apart

Ds and his friend were playing XBox yesterday at our house. DS's friend wanted to play Halo, I said no way, that belongs to DS's Dad. You can play Lego Indiana Jones / Star Wars etc. if you want. DS's friend looked askance at me, but since they are only 7 fgs there was no way I was going to let them play Halo. DS's friend is allowed to play it, his mum confirmed this

he is 12. the pills though are worse because had he taken them both the consequences could be worse.
