blooming marvellous

I read in the papers that blooming marvellous has been bought by somebody. I am still owed a refund by blooming marvellous and my credit card hasn't been refunded yet. Is anyone else in this situation? It make me mad that they can take my money and then not deliver the goods.

Have you contacted your credit card issuer? They can probably refund you themselves (one of the advantages of paying by credit card)

Thanks - that's a good idea. Still very annoying as I had ordered the toys for christmas presents and then they didn't arrive.
