She has dropped the charges against him. He won't get done for assult but he will be charged for leaving the scene of the crime and affray.

I saw the picture its terrible whats happened I hope the person that leaked the picture loses there job as well since its clear Rihanna didn't want it published as she is in hiding.

I thought that these days police could still press charges in domestic abuse cases even without a complaining witness, thus making sure that men still get prosecuted even if their partners refuse to press charges. Is this not the case in America?
