thre was an AIBU thread about this the other week that raised some intersting ethical and moral debate about this..

i was wondering if the hospital were pushing for it, so they could get lots of publicity for their medical team

with the best will in the world, raising 14 children alone, and it is not even known if all the octuplets will be healthy, is a mammoth task

I don't usually wade in on these "in the news" debates, but I think this is a very weird and sad story that raises a lot of questions about how this happened and what should happen now. Will be following with interest.
