Father goes nuts on bridge (after nasty divorce and custody battle), stops car, picks up one of his children and drops her over the side in front of the other 2 children. She died after being hauled out of the water (fropped about 200 feet into the river).

It does seem that the father's are driven to despair but killing the child is not going to get them custody, so it has to be an evil act.

It's what happens when no-one takes any notice of the warning signs that these men generally display, before they kill their children.

I just bet there were warning signs which authorities ignored.

Perhaps he did not mean to drop her, just frighten people. Fucking stupid thing to do in any case.
