New father stabbed

Just heard this on the news. Father standing at bus stop with dd, going to visit wife/mum in hospital with new baby.

Someone stabbed the father to death. Little girl unharmed.

What is the world coming to? Just want to sit and cry at that story.

Was in South London.

Heard of a father in custody battle (NZ I think?) throwing his 4 year old over a bridge whilst her siblings watched in the car. He just stopped in traffic and did it? She didn't die instantly either.

I can't fathom this world either.

Oh yeah JD I saw that on bbc news last night

I cannot fathom how anyone could hurt their own child. No matter how bad my life got knowing my children were healthy and living would keep me going.

That poor child, seeing that will no doubt cause her issues for the rest of her life.
And the wife in hospital with the baby. It doesn't bear thinking about. What should be the happiest time for a family now a tragically sad time.

Just read that link. How sad and poor little girl. It must have been so terrifying for her.

Some people are evil. How could you do that to some at all, let alone in front of their child?

that poor poor woman, what the hell is happening to our country! If there is any bright side to this, thank God the 3yrold was unharmed, i am sure she will receive counselling etc and they are remarkably resilient when it comes to dealing with tragedy

it's awful, knife crime is getting out of control.

I just read this,horrific my thoughts go out to that poor family.
