Blooming Marvellous goes into administration

According to the Guardian today: "Upmarket maternity fashion chain Blooming Marvellous has become the latest victim of the downturn on the high street. The 14-strong chain, based in west London, which also traded online, has collapsed into administration." more info here

they are owned by banks in trouble i believe? as opposed to just being rubbish themselves. i also enjoyed their stuff when pg.

I contacted BM before Xmas with a query on my order...I received this today...needless to say I wont be buying any more!

Philip Duffy and David Whitehouse were appointed Joint Administrators of Blooming Marvellous Limited on 28th January 2009 and The Marvellous Group on 29th January 2009.

Unfortunately, this means that any outstanding orders as at 29 January 2009 will not be dispatched. Furthermore, at this stage we are not able to provide any refunds, process exchanges or returns for orders placed prior to the above dates.

never shopped there in my life, just bought mat clothing from the high street shops.
that's ashame for folk who are awaiting orders though..hope it gets resolved.

If you bought something on a credit card and it is faulty or ordered something that didn't arrive you should be able to claim on your credit card (although I think there is a minimum abount) - check out the moneysavingexpert website.

I bought mine from St Albans branch, they were very friendly in there but not a lot they could do to help me.
