Yes very interesting, well written. I skip over the stories about Gaza in the paper, too awful to think about.

Impressive compassion and generousity of spirit there, he is a very intelligent man.

saw that yesterday, i thought it was very touching. i hope his son doesn't join up, though, not judging by an excerpt i saw from an american writer who'd served in israel. it seemed all out of control.

A well balanced view - I only wish more people would try to see it from both sides instead of just hurling blame on one side or the other.

Very dignified and compassionate. Just what is needed from both sides to move this situation forward.
