Did anyone see the front page of the Metro this morning? The image is still haunting me.

It was a bit of shock to see such an awful picture first thing in the morning. I spent the rest of my commute (and day) on the verge of tears.

Why do they have to print such graphic images on a free paper?

what was it

was it about Gaza? I'm sorry you were upset but we are bloody lucky in this country that we only have to see the pictures, not the real thing.

Was it three little bodies being carried, wrapped totally in white?

RipMacWinkle · 06/01/2009 21:15

Wintersun I saw it too and was pretty distressed. Tears on the train.

Edam is right though.

Yes, Liffey that was the one.
I just can't get the image of one of the childrens eyes out of my head. They were still open.

I know Edam is right, but It doesn't stop me from being very upset.

similar (worse actually I think) on front page of the guardian. Horrific.

i saw one in the Sun today, little child's arm sticking out of the rubble and one joint on the finger was completely going to wrong way - can't stop thinking about it.
