Yes really shocking. Its strange though one of my best friends works at the same hosp as a nurse and had heard nothing about it! You would have thought it would be huge!!

I thought that it was strange, it was mentioned on the news on Boxing Day morning or Xmas Day night that she was missing. I only live about 7 miles away from where she was found and had heard nothing till lunchtime yesterday.

They said she knew her attacker, perhaps they knew all along who had her. You would have expected more coverage, especialy in the area - eg you would think it would be a big deal in the hosp. My friend has been working all over xmas period and only knew when I told her today!

I'm guessing the police had a news embargo in place to stop the details being publicised in case the abductor panicked.
