Heard it on the radio this morning. Those "pavement rage" menaces will be given on the spot fines for dangerous driving. Top speed? 8 mph.

Oh dear, I've obviously offended the "bikers" amongst you. Bet you're charging up your battery packs and planning to mow me down.

lol I heard this too..... I have been nearly run over by one of this speed menaces!! I think its also because of the manner they drive in too
