My thoughts are with all of them.

Must be terrifying Hope they are released safe and soon.

Why can't something be done about this? It is almost as though the pirates can do as they like. My little cousin is in the merchant navy so it is a worry.

My thoughts are with the crew of the ship.

but how? how do you manage to get on board something that big?

poshtottie · 18/11/2008 13:29

Apparently it wouldn't be that difficult to get on board. Approx only 10m out of the water. Sometimes especially at night there may only be one or two people on watch.

I am sorry for the crew
but this is not the first tanker or ship that has been hijacked
We still ahve one of our Urainian ships in the hands of the pirates. The took it on the 25th of September. And still nobody was released yet. The ca[tain has died of a heart attack. And it is an awfull stuiation.

I heard these headlines on the news as I was waking up, and actually thought I had dreamt it, it was only hearing it on the radio on the way into work I realised it was true!
