So, will she still be forced to have a shotgun wedding now that the world has been spared from enduring her gun-toting, warmongering mother for the next four ?

next four years?

MKG · 05/11/2008 17:27

OH yes they are planning it for this summer.

LynetteScavo · 05/11/2008 17:29

Why wait that long?

UnquietDad · 05/11/2008 22:42

The Sarahnator: "She'll Be Back."

mabanana · 05/11/2008 22:43

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

spokette · 06/11/2008 10:43

Sarahnator will be back but the world will have changed for the better and she and her ilk will be an anachronism.

She is still a republican governor. On the news it said that the republican governors may be the most influential voices which determine how the party proceeds over the next 4 years. I wonder if they will spend the years tearing each other apart and in-fighting like opposition parties do in the UK?

spokette · 06/11/2008 10:58

Well they were in-fighting during the election so it will really kick off now. As she is known to be quite vindictive and pursues her enemies with vigour, there is going to be a lot of blood-letting I reckon. Oh to be fly on the wall.

UQD at the Sarahnator.

Bramshott · 06/11/2008 11:05

I was wondering about this while I was in the shower yesterday morning. Please say she won't

Tortington · 06/11/2008 11:06

living over the broom

avaTsar · 06/11/2008 11:11

Is it safe to come out now? Will we be hearing less from Sarah Palin? I find her rather terrifying. Sort of Miss Trunchbull after a Trinny and Susannah makeover.

KayHiding · 06/11/2008 11:54

She'll be back if the GOP keeps the social conservatism. If it doesn't, and just keeps the fiscal conservatism, then she won't.

But, tbh, they have been decidedly wibbly wobbly on the fiscal conservatism thing, so who knows. I certainly think you'll see more of Sarah Palin, primarily because, let's face it, being able to give a jolly good shoeing to a well known female is too good an opportunity for some people to pass up. And what the hell will Tina Fey do if she does disappear?

LazyLinePainterJane · 06/11/2008 12:07

I bet she ends up as a talk show host. Either that or she can just fuck off back to Alaska where we never hear from her again. please.

beansprout · 06/11/2008 12:11

Caribou Barbie now has delusions of power. She was clearly gutted when she was talking about turning her attention to the Alaskan pipeline.

Heh heh.

TwoIfBySea · 06/11/2008 12:12

This photo says it all.

TheCrackFox · 06/11/2008 17:06

I have got a sinking feeling that we have not heard the last from SP. Could well imagine her being the next president in 8 years.

UnquietDad · 06/11/2008 22:18

I quite fancy her.

UnquietDad · 06/11/2008 22:19

Sexually, I mean. Not politically. Lest there was any ambiguity.

I think she'd be my contribution to those regular "people you would but really shouldn't" threads.

stitch · 06/11/2008 22:21

i think she will be the presidential candidate, either in four years, or in 8.

sweetkitty · 06/11/2008 22:23

I agree Stitch

ilovemydogandPresidentObama · 06/11/2008 22:24

rumor has it that she'll run for Senator

GrimmaTheNome · 06/11/2008 22:26

no, I think (and certainly hope) she's a busted flush. I think the republicans realise they made a mistake putting her on the ticket.

Suedonim · 06/11/2008 22:29

My MN page showed up as you saying you fancied SP's dd, UQD! I had to click on it to check you out!

Suedonim · 06/11/2008 22:31

And maybe the Russians will kidnap SP. She'd look well alongside Putin.
