Is it true that the Queen thinks Charles' choice of marriage venue is "common"?

Heard this on the radio today.

Does anyone really ever know what the Queen says/thinks in private (can't remember any secretly taped convos a la " Camillagate).

I had heard that she didn't fancy any old 'riff raff' (my words) popping down to Windsor Castle to get married so had to agree that Charles shouldn't marry there either. According to the news, Her Maj feels that the local Town Hall doesn't befit the heir to the throne.

Have a lovely image of them all perched on plastic chairs in the waiting room of Windsor Town Hall because the wedding before them has over-run a bit.

Perhaps Her Madge would send Philip off for some coffee from the vending machine, and it would give Harry time to double-check he's got the CD of the wedding march to play as they walk down the aisle...

It was in The Sun today - so it must be true

The Guildhall in Windsor is rather nice compared to some Town Hall's.

I would imagine all of the people who had booked their wedding for that day are a little peeved. Can't imagine they would be allowed to continue with it now!
