can you outline the story for us as i haven't heard it.
i presume he won the lotto.but had he won it before or after he raped her.
has he been criminally convicted of the rape or is she only pursuing civil action?

he raped her in 1988. She is now aged 78. He had several previous so was jailed for life but released in 2005. He lives in a £700k house.
he bought the ticket while on a day release from prison.
