if so how will you cope with the new laws coming in monday and a thousand euro fine anging over you?
or do you reckon this will be like every other new road law we try to enforce? i.e. it will be enforced strongly for about a month (mainly in dublin) and then forgotten about and only used when it suits gardai?

I'm Irish, though I don't live there, and many of my cousins are driving with prov. licenses.

Not one of them is intending to change in the short term.

It's a blardy stupid law that really needed to change, though! Hopefully, it will be enforced more and more going forward, though I don't think it'll make much change at all in the short term...
