Yes good Luck to them. Museum pay is atrocious.

My local lot were picketing and they have been treated disgustingly.
We have one of the best and most innovative museum cultures in the world and we pay the highly qualified, dedicated and specialist staff peanuts

Good for them. Low pay, little job security and shocking treatment from management.
