Kerstin Fritzl wakes from coma

Yesterday, I read that the 19 year old daughter of Elizabeth Fritzl has come out of her coma and is expected to make a full recovery. She is now with her family in their home at the hospital. I hope this is true.

I cannot imagine her suffering, and am so relieved that she has a future on the 'outside'.

It was lovely to read this, although I thought the doctor was being a bit optimistic when he said she would make a full recovery- there are bound to be life long scars .

Fingers-crossed that the vultures (paps) hanging about outside the hospital trying to sneak in for photos of the family leave them alone. They need time and space, Elizabeth seemed to be a very caring mother despite the sheer hell she went through.
