He should absolutely get what's coming to him but we know (don't we?) that numerous other rich and powerful men did the same. Why are we hearing nothing of them?

But how does Charles make Andrew do this? If he offers him an allowance then he will be criticised for funding him, as he was before. It is hard to make any adult (or child come to that) do what you want them to do if they don't want to.

A few things come to mind:

CE could demand a landlord’s inspection of RL, make a list of all the outstanding un- seen-to maintenance issues, and terminate the lease on grounds he has breached his lease obligations
The longer PA stays in RL, the less compensation he gets when he leaves, and nothing at all after 2028.
PA knows that when W takes over, he is toast, so he is better off doing a deal with the King/CE to go now.

If you look at the map of Windsor Great Park, RL is REALLY close to Forest Lodge. AC and FC are both very close to the Castle. William won’t want PA on the doorstep for another 15-20 years. However William has no use for Sandringham as a residence and will find another purpose for it, so Wood Farm is a great shout.

Royal Lodge is owned by the Crown Estate, they are the landlord not Charles. Judging by recent photos they haven't been keeping him to his contact but maybe they will now.

There is no lack of clarity regarding age of consent. The age of consent was 16 in all of the places where VG claimed to have had sex with him.

Regarding why "Billionaire Number One" and others have not been held to account, remember that VG refused to talk to law enforcement and her various court cases in the USA suggest she may not have been an entirely reliable witness. Note that I am not saying she made everything up, but there was sufficient doubt about some of the claims she made to mean a prosecutor wouldn't want to rely on her as the sole witness.

Can you imagine what that poor woman went through because she spoke up against powerful rich men. Apparently she was continuously followed and unknown men sat in their cars on her driveway with their lights on full beam, trying to intimidate her. She was told her family would be harmed. How many others have been too scared to speak up. There needs to be a thorough investigation into Andrew for asking his protection officers to dig dirt on her. The palace must have known about this too. The American perpetrators are being protected by the orange guy in the White House .
