I joined mumsnet a couple of days ago because of an interesting discussion about rear-facing( I suddenly got a lot of traffic on my blog kidsincars.blogspot.com from mumsnet. It is surprising to see how that governments doesn't inform better about the huge advantage of rear facing. In a frontal collision a child is five times safer in a RF car seat than in a FF one.

I would like to challenge all parents to watch this little but very informative crash test clip(with dummies) : blip.tv/file/815221
