i'm really surprised by the article, i was at a talk given by GG only last week, it was about her book 'shakespears wife' - she was really interesting, quick witted and ready to listen to others opinions.

am amazed she could be bothered to write about posh and her clothes , perhaps it was just a bit of light relief for her?

Well, she is hardly celebrating the female figure is she? She is celebrating Posh's figure for being emaciated enough to wear that absurd garment without making too much of an indent in it. Contrast that with her criticism of the hardly enormous Kate Garroway who had the temerity to allow her flesh to distort the perfect proportions of a similar dress.

My point exactly, what is wrong with celebrating the female figure in all it's shapes and guises, but she seems to have missed her original point.
Either that or she is fat old and bitter (cackle)
