Does anyone know much about this story? Surely they should just give her a DNA test to shut her up and put an end to her madness so she can get the help that she needs, neither her parents nor the McCanns will do a DNA test from what I can gather - don't shoot me if i'm wrong.

I was unaware of this until yesterday. Can only add to the distress for the other McCann children.

This was all over SM a while back. Very few folk thought she was genuine.

I read that she had recently received DNA results that said she was definitely Polish, not sure now where I read that though.

She’s not their child and has claimed to be other missing children.

Her parents can prove that she has lived with them since being a newborn.

She has been arrested for stalking. Considering how long she’s been harassing the McCanns with her claims, I think that this is the only way to try and end this farce. It’s not fair for SM to encourage her to continue making these claims and it’s not fair on the McCanns to have to listen to these fake claims.

Not sure the McCanns agreeing to a DNA test would do anything to help. She's obviously not well.

Madeline would be 23 this year, I'm sure this woman is younger. It's been disproven as a DNA I believe proved her heritage

Good. She is deranged. Why on earth should she be allowed to do this. Hopefully she is detained and gets some psychological help.

Did they have IVF? Perhaps there’s some chance of a connection that way as I’ve seen new reports about a second dna result?
Some clinics offer egg sharing cycles maybe they do the same with sperm ? I know it seems as if she is lying but the eye issue (is that generic?) and other facial characteristics are very similar. I don’t necessarily think she’s MM but feel is there a possibility she’s somehow related ?

Madeleine McCann was killed years ago by that German guy. German police confirmed it ages ago that there was indisputable evidence. They just want to be careful about being able to actually convict him to be sure he will actually be sentenced for it.

@overthinkingandworried A quick Google tells me that Colobomas (the eye issue) occurs in 1 in 10,000 people. So not that uncommon really.

It’s such a sad and strange situation. Probably made worse and complicated by the evidence that German police claimed
to have that MM is no longer alive yet they can’t release any details and seem to have made no progress? It’s extremely sad.

There’s no evidence, that’s why. He’s a total wrong’un but I don’t think he killed MM.

That girl obviously needs help. The dna test showed she was 100% Polish. She’s got the same eye condition and has obviously become obsessed with it.

This woman has pretended to be other missing children, not just Maddie McCann.

It must be very wearying to have this fraud dogging their steps and allegedly stalking them and bothering their actual children as has been reported.

Hence the arrest and remanding in custody.

If they thought she actually WAS Maddie, they'd be overjoyed- and this woman would not have been arrested or remanded in custody until April.

It must be tough for Julia’s family too. Maybe Polish mental health services are as overwhelmed as UK ones so she’s not entitled to treatment

I read that her family can prove Julia is their biological child- she has caused massive upset, and the family have offered to pay for mental health treatment.

Sadly there are you tube channels making good money out of encouraging her.. ''Maddie fantasy''lots of long videos rammed with ads, they are probably making bank-and they are currently trying to ''Free Julia'' . It's completely crazy.

Money is involved. The woman herself has a '' fund me'' page.

This woman needs serious help . She has had DNA tests that show she is exactly who her parents say she is and aside from Madeleine M she has also in the past claimed to be a missing German girl and a missing American girl . Apparently last year it was reported that she was claiming to be a friend / relative of Jay Slater when he went missing in the Canary Islands. I’m glad they’ve kept her on remand , hopefully she will get deported and then be refused permission to ever return . Bereaved families should not have to contend with this nonsense and I say that as someone who isn’t a big supporter of the McCanns .

Her nose and eyes look nothing like Madeleine 's.

I saw a picture of her actual mother on social media- they're peas in a pod. Her DNA test said all Polish, didn't it? She looks Polish. She's claimed to be other missing children too. Aside from her colouring, she looks nothing like how Maddie would have turned out. The poor girl needs psychiatric help.

No wonder she has been arrested for ''alleged'' harassment and stalking - there is a recording of her and her older woman ''supporter'' where they confronted the McCann parents- they were giggling about it.

It sounds awful for the McCanns to have this woman hounding them.
