Well I couldn't comment on that, Effie (I am very not a Londoner, I only saw this just now on the Naomi Campbell link) but would you really want a Mayor who said so?

Also the name always makes me think of Julian and his friend Sandy (I know that was Hugh Paddick but I've never heard of another one)(they're not related, are they? )

Dp used to work for him and says he is not to be trusted. He proposed to change their working shift times (Brixton police station). Dp says EVERYONE was against the change. they had a vote and he announced that the changes had been voted for
