can you imagine how horrific that must have been for everyone - little girl, parents, people in the store

horrible, hoep she is ok Have known of shopfitters dying after falling that sort of distance.There isn't normslly any gap between escalators though .

a little boy fell through a gap in the glass of the second floor in our local timberland store. i think he was ok eventually. its scary that shoppping can be so dangerous
