BNP candidate is supposedly sacked after rape comments

I think the only reason they have claimed to have sacked this creature is because he made his repugnant views public. I cannot believe that the so called leadership did not know about his views. Mind you, they are all a twisted, hateful bunch anyway and surprise, surprise, he is receiving support from some of the leadership because his comments have been taken out of context.

Please! Do they think we are stupid.

God, he is a hideous person. The BNP make my skin crawl.

DH calls them thugs in suits.

hecate · 02/04/2008 15:11

Sadly spokette, a great many people are stupid. That's how bastards like this get votes.

BetteNoir · 02/04/2008 15:12

Ah, the comments were taken "out of context"!

I would be interested in learning a context in which those comments would be acceptable.

This party really does seem to attract a singularly unintelligent type of character.

StealthPolarBear · 02/04/2008 15:14

Nice guy, rape and DV are nothing.
I agree with freedom of speech, but can the BNP really not be breaking any laws? The thought of them having any power or influence terrifies me./

hecate · 02/04/2008 15:14

Ah, well, that's ok then. Silly us, eh? There's a context in which it's no big deal to say raping a woman is like forcefeeding her chocolate cake.

I see your bettenoir and I raise you and a

StealthPolarBear · 02/04/2008 15:15

good point BN
I wonder if the full transcript (so obv explaining the context) could be requested under FOI?
Obviously what they mean is "he said that and didn't think anyone would find out"

StealthPolarBear · 02/04/2008 15:16

could he not be arrested for inciting violence?

edam · 02/04/2008 15:17

Vile creature.

Jahan · 02/04/2008 15:31

Eugh. Truly vile.
People like him really scare me. He has such twisted views and I doubt anything would change them.

staryeyed · 02/04/2008 16:15

I would worry about what sort of things he is actually doing as well as having those views.

meemar · 02/04/2008 16:20

well hopefully people who thought that the BNP were just standing up for the 'ordinary hard-working white Briton' will see them for the scum they really are.

cornsilk · 02/04/2008 16:20

Sick.

spokette · 02/04/2008 16:25

On his blog he writes "'I've never understood why so many men have allowed themselves to be brainwashed by the feminazi myth machine into believing that rape is such a serious crime..."

Now, can someone explain to a simpleton like me how this comment has been taken out of context? Is it cos' I'm black that I don't understand?

What is a feminazi anyway?

OP posts:
UnquietDad · 02/04/2008 16:25

Let's be honest, you have to be pretty bad before the BNP kick you out for being too odious.

donnie · 02/04/2008 17:00

I think feminazi means feminist = nazi. Oh, the irony....

donnie · 02/04/2008 17:01

yes, to manage to be kicked out of the BNP is a singular achievement.

hifi · 02/04/2008 17:26

truly shocking, its probably what they all think.

cestlavie · 02/04/2008 17:30

Hmmm, people like this are less of a concern that the ones who hold exactly the same views but just don't broadcast them publicly...

waffletrees · 02/04/2008 17:31

What a twunt - I think they all secretly agree with him but they haven't been found out. They really are all vile but I guess it is an "acheivement" to get booted out of BNP.

donnie · 02/04/2008 17:33

maybe he'll join the Taleban .He'd fit in quite well IMO what with his hatred of women who work and just women in general. Oh, except he hates Muslims too. Shit. Try again....

kerala · 02/04/2008 17:37

Im always of suspicious of the men who whenever rape is mentioned get very agitated about false accuations. These do seem to be very well publicised (particularly in the Daily Mail) but are in fact quite rare, sadly unlike the number of rapists that dont get convicted. Think the conviction rate is about 2% which IMO is the real scandal not the occasional false accusation about which a great fuss is made.
