Why aren’t we being told who is the SNP minister is, who’s relative posted an image of the Star of David merged with a swastika on facebook, that Police Scotland have decided is not a crime under the new Hate Crinme laws?

4)If they are choosing not to investigate because the complainer was not Jewish, does that mean it takes someone Jewish to report this to Police Scotland in order to investigate? And it can’t be any member of the public?
- The recent graffiti using expletives and the name of politician Humza Yousef and his religion, which is being investigated as a hate crime, does this mean he had to personally report this or was it enough for any member of the public to complain? Independent article
